We typically ship orders within 1 to 2 business days via FedEx or truck line based on product availability. We Ship International also. Expedited services are also available (for an additional charge). If you need other shipping arrangements, please see our contact us page.
If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund. When doing so, please keep in mind the following:
- All requests for return of goods and/or credits must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can have the form faxed or emailed to you. Please contact us to secure an RMA.
- Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility.
- Product must be returned unused with all original packaging and accessories.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your original delivery date.
- If you refuse delivery of your order, your original shipping charges will not be refunded. Additionally, return shipping charges will be deducted at cost.
